For this The Cutting Cafe design team project we could use any fall or Halloween project. I chose to highlight that The Cutting Cafe not only has cutting files but also sentiment files or printable stamps. I used the So Thankful Circle Word file to make this cute thank you/anniversary file.
The circle word that I used says with much appreciation in a circle. I cut it out an layered it, then put it on foam tape. I added thank you to the bottom. On the inside I will either write a message or use a happy anniversary stamp.

Hello all! This week for The Cutting Cafe design team, I used the Sewing Machine Set which contains a card and a box version. I made two thank you cards, appropriate for any time but especially now.
I really like the way they turned out. Here are individual pictures…

My husband asked me to make a thank you card for his outgoing board chair. I made a cream and gold shadow box card. I really like the way it turned out and so did he. I thought I would share it here.
Because of the thickness, an envelope was not the answer. So a box was born! I used the 8 x 5.5. Box with Dividers file from The Cutting Cafe to make the box. I just did not use the dividers.
Since the card is thick I made a box as it won’t fit in an envelope. This is the top of the box.
Here is a picture of the two together…

My husband’s organization was having an end of year celebration for their current Board of Directors. The event had a wine tasting and the board gifts were insulated wine bags. So he asked if I could make a thank you card for the outgoing Board Chair shaped like a wine bottle, and tags to put on each gift. I was able to do what he asked with the help of The Cutting Cafe! This week for my design team post, I used the Wine bottle Shaped Card.
I enlarged it for the card and put two of them together to make it a tri-fold card to allow enough room for all the board members to sign it.
On the label, I used the organization logo. I also used a sentiment from the card on the neck of the bottle and cork paper for the cork.
I used the same file to make small tags that he used to hang from the gifts given to them.

My hubby wanted to give the outgoing chair something other than just a plain card. He asked if I could make a 3D wine bottle and he could add a note on the back label. I found this file and made this bottle which is actually a box, but I glued it shut and put glitter tape over the opening which is where the label starts. This file was not from The Cutting Cafe but I think it went well with my Cutting Cafe projects.
