Christmas Tree Goodie Bag Holders

This week for The Cutting Cafe, the design team got to use any Christmas file we wanted to.  I have been in craft fair mode so I chose this cute Christmas Tree Goodie Bag Holder.  It can be used to hold candy, money, or crafty items like I have used.  It makes a great craft fair item, teacher or coworker gift, or a stocking stuffer.

Elegant Tissue Box Cover with Slit Bow – Design Team Project for The Cutting Cafe

This week for our design team project for The Cutting Cafe, we were to use the Tissue Box Cover Template.  I needed something elegant in white and gold to use in my office for Christmas as my decorations are white and gold.  This fits the bill perfectly.  I also used the Bow with Slit Template File to make the glitter bow.

Jumbo 65th Birthday Card and Gift Card Holder

I am back with another design team project for The Cutting Cafe.  For this posting, we were able to use any file we wanted to.  I chose two to work with, the Birthday Word Gift Card Holder and the Birthday Number Candle Set.

First, one of my staff is turning 65.  I needed a card large enough for everyone in my department to sign, so I made a scalloped card base that is 9″x7″.  I added an embossed panel and holographic gold dot stickers, but wanted the focal point to be the Birthday Number Candles!

I kept the inside plain since many people will be signing it…

Next, I will be giving her a gift card so I wanted something separate for that.  I kept the theme the same with the tone on tone white shimmer paper with gold.  I used gold Dazzle stickers to add accents.

Posh High Heel Shoe Card – The Cutting Cafe Design Team Project

It is time for another design team project for The Cutting Cafe!  This week we worked with shoe and boot files.  I used the High Heel Shaped Card Template File to make this lux looking gold and cream card.  I love this file and have used it a couple times before.

You can make it the shoe shape or do as I have done and just used the top layer to add to a card.  Here is the inside…

It’s a Cutting Cafe Blog Hop!

Purse Box 2We are doing a blog hop at the Cutting Cafe! You should begin the blog with Regina, the owner at her Blog, Hand to Paper.  And, if you are following along, you should have come to my blog from Tmika, who is Scrapdaworld on her blog and on Scrapdaworld YouTube Channel.

Each design team member got to choose the file they wanted to use and you have a chance to win!  Each design team member is giving away the file that they used. You must follow their requirements to win.

I used the Assorted Purse Box Template which is a versatile file featuring so many options. There are five purse styles with multiple options such as background paper, different handles, tags and sentiments, and more!

3D Cup – The Cutting Cafe Design Team Project

This week at the Cutting Cafe, we were to use the relatively new file, 3D Cup Template and Cutting File.  This is a cute file that you can keep full size as a treat holder or RAK holder, or you can do something a bit different and resize the file and make tiny favors with it. Although the file comes with a lot of sentiments, I made my own which just says Mugs & Kisses and I filled it with Hershey’s Kisses.

I added bling to the top and bottom and on the sides…

Whimsical Birthday Card – The Cutting Cafe Design Team Project

Fun with Silhouettes Angle View

This week for our The Cutting Cafe Design Team project, we were to use the Fun with Silhouettes Printable Stamps and Cutting File which is full of fun shapes that you can print or cut!

I chose to use the rainbow and clouds shape to make this whimsical card.  I just love the way it turned out.  I used a Spellbinders die to create the card.  I am also using this for a collaboration project where I have to use any two of beads, metal, or fiber.  I used sparkly tulle for my fiber, and a metal piece with birthday on it.

This post for the design team of The Cutting Cafe features a newer and very fun file, the Pop Up Flower Card Template.  The magic comes when you open the card and the flowers bloom from the inside center..,

The set comes with the card base and layers for the outsides, the flowers, leaves, and other optional pieces like a fence,  sentiments, and smaller flowers, which I actually connected and used on the front.  Here is a better picture of the layers you can use on the front and back…

It is all about bingo cards for our design team post at The Cutting Cafe today!  There are many bingo card printable stamps sets to choose from but I decided to create my own using the Blank Bingo Card Printable Stamp Set and the Boy Hershey Kiss Bottom Printable Stamp Set.

I added a cute turtle chipboard embellishment and several of the kiss bottoms to make an adorable card!  I love the brown/blue/green color combo.  Here is a front view and the inside…

This week, for our The Cutting Cafe design team project, we got to play with the Assorted Pop Up Cards file.  It comes in two formats, with a single pop up or a triple pop up inside.  I chose the single pop up.  I also combined it with the Grad Hat Shaped Card file.
